The Urban Tree Festival is a celebration of urban and suburban trees, woods, forests, scrubland, hedgerows and all the wild places that bring life and joy to our cities.
For the past three years we have celebrated our urban trees with a bonanza of events: walks, workshops, talks, parties, practical advice for planting and maintenance and, yes, tree-hugging.
The festival is run by a small group of volunteers. We are also looking to recruit volunteers with a range of skills in marketing, fundraising, event management, as well as people who can help out during the festival at events around London.
